After releasing its Celebrity 100 list, business magazine Forbes has now revealed its list for the highest-paid actresses of the past year (June 2012 to June 2013).

Now one of the most sought-after actresses in Hollywood following her 2011 role in The Help, Stone pulled in $16 million in the past year, secured with starring roles in The Amazing Spider-Man and Gangster Squad.

4. Jennifer Aniston

While Aniston didn't have a film released during the timeframe used to compile the list, she nevertheless reaped $20 million, mostly due to endorsement deals with Smart Water and Aveeno.

3. Kristen Stewart

With the Twilight franchise boosting her to No. 1 on last year's list with $34.5 million, Stewart harvested $22 million this year thanks to the final Twilight film and her starring role in Snow White and the Huntsman.

2. Jennifer Lawrence

The Oscar-winning actress was paid less than a seven-figure stub for the blockbuster The Hunger Games, but her emergence as the most popular young actress in Hollywood has yielded a steady salary as well.

Lawrence landed handsome paychecks for signing on to Hunger Games' sequel Catching Fire and X-Men sequel Days of Future Past, contributing to her total $26 million on the year.

1. Angelina Jolie

Jolie had an atypical year in many respects, but she still managed to land herself at the summit of Forbes' top-paid actresses list with a colossal $33 million.

Although she didn't star in nor direct a film in the evaluated timeframe, Jolie still managed to pull in hoards of cash, including a $15-million-plus check to star in Disney's upcoming big-budget film Maleficent.
