Naomi Watts (in Tom Ford), Robin Wright (in Reem Acra) and Zooey Deschanel (in Oscar de la Renta) found a new way to rock nude dresses by adding a little sparkle to their look.

Drew Barrymore (in Monique Lhuillier) and Zoe Saldana (in Prabal Gurung) dared to wear these bedazzled designer creations.
