From Ally McBeal to Supergirl, Flockhart is back and better than ever in CBS' superhero drama, premiering Monday, Oct. 26 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT.
2. John Stamos

The Full House star is going from hunky uncle to hunky grandpa in Fox's Grandfathered, premiering Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
3. Rob Lowe

The Golden Globe-nominated actor is sticking with his public servant trend, going from Indiana state auditor Chris Traeger on Parks and Recreation to an actor-turned-lawyer on The Grinder. The legal comedy premieres Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
