New Movies on DVD & Blu-ray: March 23

The Toys are back in town! In anticipation of the June 18 release of 'Toy Story 3' in 3D, 'Toy Story' and 'Toy Story 2' are making the leap to Hi-Def with brand-new Blu-ray/DVD Combo Packs! In addition to a whole toy chest of new special features, each disc contains an exclusive sneak peek at 'Toy Story 3.'

All-new bonus features on the 'Toy Story' Combo Pack include a look at the story of 'Toy Story 3'; "Buzz Lightyear Mission Logs: Blast Off"; "Buzz Takes Manhattan"; "Paths to Pixar: Artists"; "Black Friday: The Toy Story You Never Saw"; and "Studio Stories: John's Car, Baby AJ and Scooter Races."

All-new bonus features on the 'Toy Story 2' Combo Pack include a look at the characters of 'Toy Story 3'; "Buzz Lightyear Mission Logs: International Space Station"; "Paths to Pixar: Technical Artists"; "Celebrating our Friend Joe Ranft"; and "Studio Stories: Pinocchio, The Movie Vanishes and Toy Story 2 Deprivation Lab."

Legendary director John Huston's masterpiece sails onto Blu-ray with a meticulously restored digital print, also on DVD. Humphrey Bogart and Katharine Hepburn bring adventure, drama, humor and romance to the screen as hard-drinking WWI boat captain Charlie Allnut and missionary Rose Sayer, who are thrown together by fate and drawn together by love. The film earned Bogey a Best Actor Oscar win for his gritty role, and was also nominated for Best Director, Best Screenplay and Best Actress.

Special features include "Embracing Chaos: Making The African Queen," a comprehensive documentary of the challenges of making the film, with on-camera interviews with Martin Scorsese, Tony Huston, Richard Schickel and more, plus never-before-seen archival images and home movie footage provided by the estate of cinematographer Jack Cardiff.

Also available are commemorative, limited-edition DVD and Blu-ray box sets containing an audio disc with a recording of the Lux Radio Theater presents 'The African Queen' radio broadcast; a Senitype film frame collectible reproduction; collectible postcards featuring reproductions of images related to the film; and a reproduction of Hepburn's out-of-print memoir The Making of The African Queen or How I Went to Africa with Bogart, Bacall and Huston and Almost Lost My Mind.

Tobey Maguire, Jake Gyllenhaal and Natalie Portman form a complicated love triangle in this powerful story of polar opposite siblings torn apart by love and war. Maguire plays Sam Cahill, a marine presumed to be killed in action. Gyllenhaal is his younger brother, Tommy, who steps in to help out Sam's wife, Grace, and her family in their time of need. But just as Tommy and Grace are naturally drawn together, Sam reappears, stirring up a hornet's nest of emotions.

Special features include two behind-the-scenes featurettes plus commentary by director Jim Sheridan.

George Clooney stars opposite Ewan McGregor, Jeff Bridges and Kevin Spacey as a loopy special forces officer who claims to be part of an experimental U.S. military unit cultivating paranormal powers. Directed by George's producing partner Grant Heslov, the film is based on an unbelievable true story.

Special features include filmmaker commentary; deleted scenes; character bios; "Goats Declassified: The Real Men of the First Earth Battalion"; and a classified report from the set.

Wes Anderson takes the beloved Fantastic Mr. Fox children's tale and makes it his own with the help of the vocal talents of George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Willem Dafoe and Jason Schwartzman. Using charming, old-school stop-motion animation, Anderson tells the tale of Mr. Fox, who lives an idyllic home life with Mrs. Fox, their son Ash and their visiting nephew Kristopherson. But old ways die hard, and soon the audacious Mr. Fox is chomping at the bit to raid the farms of Boggis, Bunce and Bean, setting off a chain of events that threatens not only Mr. Fox, but the whole animal community.

Faced with all-new challenges, the young man discovers a natural ability for playing football and becomes an All-American offensive left tackle with NFL prospects. The real-life Oher went on to become a rookie tackle with the Baltimore Ravens.
