The couple told ET about one 'special' piece of furniture for their daughter.

Home Town stars Ben and Erin Napier have welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Helen. Erin took to Instagram on Thursday to share the happy news, alongside sweet photos of her newborn daughter in the hospital.
"Helen ❤️ @scotsman.co," the blonde beauty simply captioned the slideshow, while her husband of nine years, Ben, shared a touching post of his own.
"It’s amazing the energy you get with 20 minutes of sleep and a strong cup of coffee. Of course, falling in love helps with that also," he wrote. "I never thought i could love @erinapier more than I already did, but I’ve been proven wrong. I ❤️Helen and her mama. #youlooklikeahelen."
Ben and Erin found out they were expecting on Mother's Day 2016, and shared the news with the world in October. And while they couldn't be more excited to become parents, as they told ET in December, little Helen had a big impact on Home Town.
"We found out Helen was coming right when we were supposed to start filming [season two], so the whole schedule just got crushed into four and half months, when we normally would have had a lot more time," Erin admitted. "So I think we'll probably seem super comfortable on camera, because we're just getting it done!"
When speaking to ET last month, the couple still didn't have her nursery put together. The HGTV couple did, however, have a heartwarming "vibe" for the room, and one incredibly special piece of furniture.
"There's a pretty special build that I get to do in the shop, that's for our nursery, so it's been a neat little aspect this season," Ben gushed of a crib he built for Helen, as Erin revealed her plan for the room.
"There is a total vibe. I just want the nursery to feel like the rest of our house. It won't feel like a baby's room at all, because she'll only be a baby for a little while," she shared.
"When I was in 7th grade, that's when I really started to care about what my room looked like, and my mom and I spent this week over spring break [redecorating it]. It was really meaningful to me, and one day I want to do that with Helen," Erin sweetly explained. "So for now, it will have a lot of antiques, and things that Ben has built, and an antique Persian rug."
