The reality star shared how 'blessed and grateful' she feels for the chance to attend the elite university.

Jazz Jennings if off to Harvard University!

The 18-year-old star of TLC’s I Am Jazz excitedly shared the news on social media on Tuesday, posting a photo of her wearing a Harvard hoodie along with a caption beginning with, “#Harvard2023.”

“I am so stoked for this next chapter of my life!” she wrote. “Feeling so blessed and grateful right now. Thank you so much to my incredible family for your unconditional love and support; none of this would be possible without all of you. I can't wait for what's to come!”

The post was met with congratulatory messages from the likes of media personality Katie Couric, who wrote, “!!!!!!!!!!!!CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!! so so happy for you! ????.”

Jennings made headlines in October when she shared her journey transitioning from male to female.

Having started transitioning at the age of five, she told ABC News that gender confirmation surgery was “like a dream” and a moment she had “always envisioned.”

She opened up further about the experience during an interview for ET’s Unfiltered series in February.

"As soon as I could express myself I knew that I was a girl,” she said.

"I gravitated toward everything feminine, dolls, dresses, princesses, mermaids, high heels, pink, purple, sparkles -- everything girl and it's just who I was and as soon as I could verbalize words, I was saying 'I am a girl,'” Jennings added. “It wasn't that I just like these girly things, but I knew I was a girl.”
