Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux Share Glimpse Inside the L.A. Home Where They Got Married

The couple's home is featured in the latest issue of 'Architectural Digest.'

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have already made a lot of memories in their lavish-yet-cozy home located in Los Angeles, California.

The former Friends star gives fans a personal tour of her sunny house -- that she reportedly purchased in 2011 for a whopping $21 million -- in Architectural Digestand admits that if she wasn't an actress, she'd want to be an interior designer. "I love the process," she notes. "There’s something about picking out fabrics and finishes that feeds my soul."

Aniston adds of her aesthetics, "Sexy is important, but comfort is essential."

The 48-year-old actress and her husband are so comfortable in their L.A. estate that they decided to make it the location of their wedding back in 2015.

"Justin definitely wanted to be involved, so there was a bit of a learning curve for me on how to include another voice in the design process,” Aniston admits to including Theroux, 46, in the home renovation. “For instance, I figured out that immediately saying ‘No!’ to any suggestion is not the most collaborative move."

The A-list star brags that there is not an inch of the exquisite residence that is not highly curated. "Every corner you turn, you have an experience," she says. "Everywhere you look, you get a vista. We worked very hard to get that flow right."

One nook that is featured in the magazine spread is a photo wall of personal images of Theroux and Aniston through the years, including some goofy pics taken in a photo booth. There also appears to paintings of her dogs.

As for the home's garden and pool space -- which looks more like a resort -- Aniston muses that they put a "mean taco bar" outside and "the chili is pretty good in the colder months."

When your home looks like this, who would want to leave? "There was a time when I thought there was something romantic about picking up and trotting off somewhere different every three months. Now I’m becoming more particular about the projects I take,” she says. “I look around at my husband and my dogs and our home, and there’s nowhere else I want to be."

Last year, Theroux spoke with ET about the benefits of having their wedding at home and keeping it a secret. "It's so much more special when it's just your closest friends and family and it's lovely," he expressed. "[Jennifer and I] wanted it to be a peaceful environment, you don't want it to be hectic."
