The reality star appeared on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' on Thursday after her exclusive interview with ET.

Khloe Kardashian admits that her sisters and mother weren't the first to know that she was pregnant.

After speaking exclusively with ET, the 33-year-old reality star appeared on Thursday's Jimmy Kimmel Live and revealed that it was her assistant and boyfriend Tristan Thompson that were the first to know that she was expecting her first child.

Khloe also revealed that Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans will see the first time she told mom Kris Jenner and sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian that she was pregnant, which means that the camera crew knew before her family!

"I've known the crew since 2007, we've had pretty much essentially the same crew," she explained. "They've been involved in pretty much the best and worst of our lives, and they keep quiet."

Khloe also shared that she is planning on giving birth in Ohio, where Thompson plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers. "Watch out, Ohio," she mused.

Khloe noted that she and Thompson have yet to decide on who will be in the delivery room, but she would first like her mother to be there and then whoever will "annoy" her the least.

"I've been in the delivery room for all of their babies," Khloe recalled. "I even witnessed when Kylie [Jenner] was being born from my mom."

As for the advice she's been getting from her sisters regarding motherhood, Khloe quipped that Kourtney, a mother of three, can be a bit much.

"A lot of it is, you know, unwanted," she told Kimmel. "Kourtney gives a lot of advice -- and I think it's so sweet -- but it's like, I don't want to do some of that stuff."

She added, "Let me experience things. It's either her way or no way."

Khloe also told ET that she's received "too much advice" from her family. "I've gotten to the point... I'm like, 'OK, shut the f**k up and take your own advice,'" she quipped. "Like, I love Kourtney, but... I'm going to figure it all out, I promise you. We're all going to learn. So some advice is great, but it's also not what you say, it's how you say it."
