The 33-year-old reality star gave birth to her daughter on April 12, after a tumultuous few days.
Introducing True Thompson.
Khloe Kardashian has named her baby girl True, she announced Monday via social media four days after giving birth.
"Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE. Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!," she captioned a photo, which showed off a room filled with pink flowers and balloons.
The new mom also added in a birth announcement, which reads, "Proud parents Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian," that their little one was born weighing in at 6 lbs, 13 oz and 21 inches long.
Kardashian revealing baby True's name comes one week after reports surfaced that Thompson allegedly cheated on Khloe with multiple women.
A source close to the Kardashians tells ET that Khloe is trying to keep the peace with Tristan amid the allegations.
"She and Tristan aren’t arguing and things have been surprisingly very calm,” the source says.
"It wasn’t exactly how we expected it to happen," a source previously told ET, adding that the family is united and thrilled for Khloe and her baby. "But for now, all anyone cares about and is talking about is the baby. Everyone is thrilled! Despite everything else going on, this is an incredibly happy day. The drama isn’t going to overshadow that."
True joins Kardashian cousins Mason Disick, 8, Penelope Disick, 5, Reign Disick, 3, Dream Kardashian, 1, North West, 4, Saint West, 2, Chicago West, 3 months, and Stormi Webster, 2 months.
In a Twitter post last Friday morning, Kim Kardashian West praised her sister for being "strong" throughout the birth, and joked she was "so happy I was able to return the favor of holding your leg while you pushed LOL."
ET learned that Kim, Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Khloe's best friend, Malika Haqq, were in the delivery room with the new mom, while Thompson was spotted at the Cleveland area-hospital.
