Khloe Kardashian Shares How She's Dealing With Pregnancy Cravings

"During my pregnancy, I'm obviously not beating myself up about what I'm eating at all."

Khloe Kardashian is not depriving herself during pregnancy, but she's not eating "an entire box of cookies" either.

"I just don't eat like that," the mom-to-be told subscribers of her app in a post on Wednesday. "But, if I'm craving something, I make sure I give it to myself."

Admitting that she does have pregnancy cravings, Khloe says that she's trying to do "everything in moderation."

"During my pregnancy, I'm obviously not beating myself up about what I'm eating at all," she adds. "I'm more encouraged by how, after the baby comes, I'm going to work off every pound. I'm actually really excited to get my body back. I can't wait!"

Khloe also shares that working out is not as easy

"Of course, I can't go as hard as I did before, and I really do miss my intense workouts," she confesses. "Honestly, though, I'm just happy I still have the energy!"

The 33-year-old reality star -- who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson -- does have one thing that she really misses, her pre-workout energy drinks. "They made me wired in the best way possible, LOL," she says. "My workouts are definitely not the same without them, but I'm proud of myself for staying so mentally strong right now!"

In an exclusive interview with ET, Khloe clapped back at those who have criticized her for exercising while pregnant. 

"It's bizarre to me that people don't want me to be happy and stay healthy and fit," she said. "My doctor wants me to work out everyday if I could, so I'm doing doctor's orders and I feel good."
