Kim Kardashian West starts her Met Gala preps early.
"I'm SO excited to do this, you guys, but I definitely need to mentally prepare, lol," Kardashian West wrote. "I have the Met Gala coming up and I’ve worked so hard working out, but I started eating a lot of sweets and I wanted to just change my food patterns to eat healthier and cut sugar out of my life as much as I can."
"We always have sweets around and it's really hard when there are temptations everywhere," she explained. "I already completed day one and two of the cleanse, and I've been surrounded by doughnuts, but I stayed away. I'm so proud of myself!"
Kardashian West has been focusing on her fitness lately, and it's definitely been paying off. The mother of three showed off her toned bikini bod with tons of pics from her Turks and Caicos vacation on Instagram last week.
"Shout out to my trainer @fitgurlmel who really changed my body," the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star wrote alongside one selfie. "When I wasn’t happy with what I saw back in the mirror, I spent a whole year training so hard -- five or six days a week -- putting in a lot of work and changed the way that I [ate]."
"There’s such a noticeable difference," she added. "I am firm and less cellulite and so much more confident. SO THANK YOU for waking up at 5 a.m. to do crazy body building workouts and sprints that I hate and putting me on to this lifestyle."
