Kourtney Kardashian is helping Ellen DeGeneres keep up with her family drama.

The 40-year-old reality star appears on Monday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show and answers questions about sister Khloe Kardashian's on-again, off-again relationship with the father of her child, Tristan Thompson.

Khloe, 34, and Tristan, 28, initially ran into a road block when the NBA pro was caught cheating just days before the birth of their daughter, True Thompson. Nearly a year later, after the two had reconciled, Tristan was again accused of being unfaithful with family friend Jordyn Woods.

Khloe and Tristan have been broken up ever since, but Ellen wants to know if Kourtney ever sees her sister getting back together with her baby's daddy.

"I mean, I don't know," Kourtney confides. "I know that she's very strong. I just feel likes she's in a really good place."

The mother of three shares that she can relate to what Khloe is going through as she had similar trials with her ex and the father of her kids, Scott Disick.

"I know what it's like to want to make your family stay together, because I worked really hard at that for many years," she admits. "I think she is just like, this is what is happening right now. I think she is really good at dealing with her emotions."

Kourtney adds, "I think moments like this really bring our family closer together and you realize how important family is. I think that's the best she can do -- and she's the best mom to her daughter. That's like, where all her energy is going toward."

While on the show, Kourtney also touches on how she and Scott are doing with co-parenting their three children -- 9-year-old Mason, 6-year-old Penelope and 4-year-old Reign.

"We get along really well," the Poosh creator shares. "We travel together with the kids. He definitely makes it clear that the kids are his priority. He checks in with me every morning, throughout the day, every night, just to make sure that I'm good and the kids are good."

She notes, "It's such a nice change. I feel likes he's finally grown up."
