Nine months after a New York jury convicted Diddy of transporting prostitutes across state lines for drug-fueled sex parties (known as 'freak offs'), the hip-hop mogul’s lawyers challenged his 50-month prison sentence in federal appeals court on Thursday, arguing that 'freak offs' are protected under the first amendment and Diddy should walk free.
