Met Gala 2019: Jared Leto Accessorizes With a Replica of His Own Head

The rocker had quite a unique accessory as he hit the red carpet at the celebrity soiree!

Seeing double?

Jared Leto made a jaw-dropping appearance on the red carpet of the 2019 Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala on Monday in New York City.

The 30 Seconds to Mars frontman wowed as he walked up looking like royalty in a flowing, long-sleeved red gown, which was draped with regal jewels.

But all eyes were on the surprising accessory tucked under his left arm -- a replica of his head!

The outfit was reminiscent of Gucci’s Fall/Winter 2018 line, which featured models walking the runway with decapitated heads resembling themselves.

Leto, 47, appeared to have fun with the fake head on the carpet, posing for photographers and excitedly holding it up for the crowd to see.
