Celeb Sweat: Penelope Cruz

She and hubby Javier Bardem may have just welcomed a baby boy in January, but as the pair were recently caught taking a stroll by UsMagazine.com, Penelope Cruz's body looks close to her bombshell pre-baby weight. She's shown it off at this year's Oscars and on the Hollywood Walk of Fame where she recently received a star. Her and Javier's romance blossomed on and off the set in 2008's 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' for which Penelope won an Oscar. Her sexy shots from the movie beg the question, how did she do it? Her trainer Gunnar Peterson tells InStyle.com she did a mixture of strength training, cardio intervals and stretching as well as weight training sessions with machines, kettlebells, free weights and medicine balls.  We will also see her toned body in 'Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides' with Johnny Depp.

Hottest Spot: Arms
Penelope Cruz has sleek feminine arms and a great neckline for off-the-shoulder dresses which she usually shows off during awards season. While they are not big on definition, her arms fit her frame perfectly.

Guilty Pleasure: Double-Double Cheeseburger and fries from In-N-Out
Before her Oscar win in 2009, Penelope reportedly said, "I ate an In-N-Out burger and then I went to the red carpet. What's so surprising about that? I do it, like, once a week or once every two weeks. It's my little treat for myself. I love the Double-Double with fries."

Favorite Sport: Ballet
While she's been spotted at a Lakers game, Penelope Cruz trained in classical ballet for nine years at the National Conservatory in Madrid, Spain. She also reportedly learned English during two years of dance study in Manhattan's Greenwich Village. While many may see ballet as more performance art than sport, that kind of lengthy training can only be sustained by an athlete's discipline. She told Time "I used to bleed from dancing so much. I would peel my toenails off and throw them away because they were completely black from the pain."
