Jennifer Aniston on 'Horrible Bosses' Cast: The 'Chemistry Was Genius'

By

With an all-star comedy cast featuring the likes of Kevin Spacey, Jason Sudeikis, Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman, 'Horrible Bosses' promises to be one of the summer's must-see comedies. ET's Chris Jacobs caught up with the stars at the movie's LA premiere last night to get all the scoop on the highly-anticipated film.

Jennifer Aniston plays an exceptionally inappropriate boss to "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" star Charlie Day, and as Aniston explains to Chris, the part was a breeze thanks to the "genius" chemistry with the cast. She also credits a terrific script for how well the finished product turned out, saying her dialogue was "just beautifully choreographed that there wasn’t that much that I needed to do."

Jason Sudekis praised Aniston's ability to fit in with the predominantly male cast, because, comedically, she has "really good timing." Another plus, he says, is that Jennifer has "a little of the 'every woman' in her."

"Modern Family" star Julie Bowen gushes she "couldn’t believe my luck" to have been cast with such "comedy geniuses." She tells Chris her coping method in dealing with her nerves on set was to "pretty much shut up and [sit] in the corner."

In the film, Nick (Jason Bateman), Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) and Dale (Charlie Day) come to realize their awful bosses are the only thing standing in the way of true happiness and begin to scheme a way to rid themselves of their employers permanently with the help of a hustling ex-con (Jamie Foxx).

Be sure to catch 'Horrible Bosses' when it takes charge in theaters July 8.
