Following his split with Scarlett Johansson, 'The Change-Up' star Ryan Reynolds jokingly admitted that he sometimes fails to effectively balance his career with his personal life.
"Honestly, I don't keep it together," Ryan told ET with a smirk. "As soon as the cameras stop rolling, even these ones, I just turn into an absolute wreck."
Ryan, 34, wed Scarlett, 26, in 2008 in his native country, Canada, and announced their separation just two years later. Now Us Weekly reports that the action star is currently dating Charlize Theron.
In 'The Change-Up' Ryan plays a handsome playboy who switches bodies with a family man (Jason Bateman). Before the switch, they both envy each other's lives until they actually have to live in the other man's shoes.
Ryan kidded about why he decided to do the film, saying, "My whole life I've wanted to get inside Jason Bateman ... and here I was."
Leslie Mann plays Jason's wife in the movie and she described what it's like working with the two funny men on the same project.
"When you get them together they try to outwit each other ... because they're both so funny," Leslie said. "And half the time I don't know what they're talking about."
'The Change-Up' opens August 5.
