Sandra Bullock Makes Surprise Appearance to Pal Ryan Reynolds' 'Change-Up' Premiere

It's no secret that Sandra Bullock has been MIA from the red carpet lately, but the 47-yr-old beauty dropped jaws last night with a surprise appearance to 'The Proposal' co-star and long-time friend Ryan Reynolds' Los Angeles premiere of 'The Change-Up.'

Although the event was not a date night for the newly-single buddies, Ryan claims he had not one, but three companions (none of which were Bullock) for the night; his brother, mother and sister-in-law.

Bateman, clearly envious of Ryan's cornucopia of admirers pushed wife and mother of his child aside for the question, joking that if a real-life change-up were possible, he'd "change places with Ryan's mom tonight because Ryan is her date."
