Taylor Lautner's Role of Biblical Proportions?

Taylor Lautner may go from facing vampires to giants if he accepts his latest film offer.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, both Taylor Lautner and Dwayne Johnson have been offered roles in Relativity's Goliath, where Taylor would presumably play David while Dwayne would take the title role.

Neither actor has accepted their offers at this time, but THR reports that the directing role will be filled by Scott Derrickson (The Day the Earth Stood Still).

Lautner will debut in his first major non-Twilight film when Abduction hits theaters September 23, while Johnson is still reveling his latest box office triumph, Fast Five.
