Williams: I Almost Talked Myself Out of 'Marilyn'
Michelle Williams has received glowing praise for her portrayal of the late Marilyn Monroe in a soon-to-be released biopic, but as the actress tells Ellen DeGeneres, the role was so intimidating, she nearly dropped out of the film halfway through.

"It was just so daunting," said Williams of stepping into the icon's shoes. "I grew up with a picture of her in my bedroom."
After accepting the part, she shamefully admits she "spent the next 6 months trying to talk [her]self out of it."
