According to People.com, Berry broke her foot in September while in Spain where she was filming Cloud Atlas. The injury has taken longer than expected to heal, and the news source reports that the Oscar winner will not be able to present at the 84th Academy Awards as a result.
A source reportedly told People.com that the injury occurred when Berry was chasing her toddler Nahla across a rocky path. The three year old was reportedly in pursuit of a goat.
