ET First: McConaughey Battles AIDS in New Trailer

For his upcoming movie Dallas Buyers Club, Matthew McConaughey got down to a tiny 135 lbs. to play AIDS patient  Ron Woodroof, and now only ET can bring you the first dramatic scenes showing his massive slim-down.

McConaughey's character is a former top rodeo cowboy with a free-wheeling lifestyle until a devastating HIV diagnosis turns his world upside down. In this sneak peek trailer of the film -- set in the mid-80s in the early days of the AIDS epidemic -- a doctor tells Woodroof he only has 30 days to live.
