Retro style and classic inspiration make this special edition poster really pop.
Godzilla is coming ...to South By South West. The Austin-based film and music festival will be giving out this special-edition poster to celebrate the occasion.
Godzilla director Gareth Edwards will host a screening of the original 1954 Japanese version of the film, restored and with additional original footage added, which was the inspiration behind the poster's retro design.

The poster itself was commissioned by the popular design studio Mondo, and was crafted by Phantom City Creative, who also created the special-edition Godzilla poster for the 2013 San Diego ComicCon.
Edwards' Godzilla, starring Bryan Cranston, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen, is set to hit theaters Mary 16.
