The thrilling action-adventure flick, in theaters March 21, casts Winslet as Jeanine, a faction leader out to destroy all Divergents who don't fit into one distinct group. When Shailene Woodley's character, Tris, is

"I haven't played a villain before," said Winslet, admitting that she had fun being the bad guy for a change. "It was a big, fun, exciting, new challenge for me."
