Ben Affleck Still Looks Gloomy In This New Look At 'Batman'

DC Comics

A brand new look at Ben Affleck's embodiment of Batman has been revealed, and he looks as gloomy and down-trodden as he did when the first shot of the new bat suit and bat mobile were released earlier this year.

For the 75th Anniversary of Batman, DC Comics created a montage for Comic-Con featuring every depiction of the Caped Crusader in comics, film and television through the years.

They even included this new image of Affleck as Batman in the montage, to give fans a little something to look forward to come 2016.

Affleck is set to star as Gotham's hero in the upcoming Zack Snyder-directed Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice. His suit, unlike those worn by Christian Bale in the Christopher Nolan Dark Knight trilogy, holds much closer to the hero's outfit in the comic.

Henry Cavill and Amy Adams will be reprising their roles as Superman/Clark Kent and Lois Lane for Batman V Superman, Man Of Steel. Gal Gadot is also set to appear as Wonder Woman, while Jesse Eisenberg has been cast to star as the villain Lex Luthor.
