The CMT Music Awards were brimming with girl power Wednesday night as Country sweethearts Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert took home the ceremony's top prizes.

Carrie's hit Blown Away nabbed the CMT Awards' biggest honor, Video of the Year, while Miranda accepted Female Video of the Year statue for Mama's Broken Heart (as well as CMT Performance of the Year). Blake Shelton also earned a trophy for his latest single, Sure Be Cool if You Did, but was unable to join his wife for the festivities due to commitments in Los Angeles.
