Country superstar Trisha Yearwood broke some big news on ET tonight -- she has a new album on the way and a tour with husband Garth Brooks!

Trisha's upcoming album -- her first in seven years -- will be called Prizefighter. The title seems fitting for her comeback.
"I'm not the youngest girl out there, so there are a lot of things out there that aren't necessarily in my favor even though I believe I can sing and I believe I can find good songs," Trisha said.
With five Grammy awards between them, the couple's tour is sure to be legendary. It also gives the pair a chance to kill two birds with one stone, combining work and family time.
"We said when we got married almost nine years ago now that we didn't want to be together to be apart," Trisha said. "We get to play music for a living, and then we get to be together."

Garth agreed, saying, "We make every effort we can to be together at all times and that's what's going to keep us together."
And as if Trisha wasn't busy enough, she's also gearing up for the launch of season five of her Emmy-winning show Trisha's Southern Kitchen, which debuts Saturday on the Food Network. This time, Trisha is vowing to step it up a notch in the health department.
"As you get older you think about inside of body more than the outside," said Trisha. "My basic diet plan is eat less and move more."
