There's lots of new dirt on Jason Aldean's boots these days.

The newly-engaged country superstar releases his sixth studio album, Old Boots, New Dirt, on Oct. 7, and his lead single "Burnin' It Down" has already become the fastest-certified Platinum single of the year.

Aldean may have reason to celebrate when it comes to his love life, but he's singing about heartbreak in his new song "Too Much You For Me." The track will be featured as one of three bonus offerings on the Target edition of his album.

Listen to a preview of the song in ETonline's player above and if you like what you hear, you can pre-order the 18-track record at Target.com/MoreJasonAldean. The album will be available in stores and online beginning Oct. 7.

Old Boots, New Dirt is currently streaming on CMT's website, while 2012's chart-topping Night Train is now available for free (Yes! Free!) as Google Play's album of the week.

Aldean recently opened up about his relationship and about his racy single in a cover story for Billboard magazine.

"People in country music, when they think about the fan base, they think about the soccer mom driving her kids to school in the car," Aldean said. "So then it's like, 'Somebody said 'naked' on the radio? Oh, my God. We've got to go to church tonight.' If that is the worst thing that's said on radio or the worst thing that your kids see on TV -- I mean, you see worse stuff than that on the Disney Channel."

Clearly the conservative backlash didn't hurt record sales. "Burnin' It Down" was certified platinum in just nine weeks and hit No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100.
