Kid Rock gave super fan Dan McGurk the surprise of his life for his 30th birthday!
Kid Rock gave Dan McGurk, one of the rockers biggest fans, the surprise of a lifetime during his 30th birthday celebration!
According to Colleen McGurk’s YouTube page, it all started with a letter in April. When that didn’t appear to have gotten to Kid’s attention, Dan opted to make a video message in August in hopes of getting his favorite artists attention in case he was available to attend his birthday.

In the first video, he began by telling Kid Rock when and where it was going to take place: October 27, 2014 at the Clarkston Union restaurant in Detroit .
Then, the 30-yaer-old man with Down Syndrome had to show off just how big of a Kid Rock fan he really is. Blanket, shirt, posters, he has it all!

After that, it was a waiting game until Dan’s October 27th birthday celebration.
Going through dinner, and even dessert, it was beginning to seem like Kid Rock was a no-show.
Until…
Yes, that’s right. Kid Rock showed up!!
