The country queen shocked her mama with a "shabby chic" makeover -- but it's not what you think! Lambert enlisted the help of her pals The Junk Gypsies -- Amie and Jolie Sikes -- to turn mom Beverly's trusty Airstream trailer from avocado drab to city-fied fab. Along with her family members and hubby Blake Shelton, Lambert contributed a very personal item to the trailer's decor.
"This is the shirt I sang for the first time at the Grand Ole Opry with," she says, showing off the shirt. "So that's really special."

Fresh off her handful of ACM wins, Lambert is up for Top Country Album at this weekend's Billboard Music Awards in Nashville. Next month, she'll vie for three CMT Music Awards thanks to her rockin' music videos for "Somethin' Bad" and "Little Red Wagon."
