Marlana VanHoose was the real MVP at Tuesday night's Game 6 of the NBA Finals.

The teenage girl -- who is both blind and suffers from cerebral palsy -- opened the game by performing the national anthem, inspiring lots of cheers from the massive crowd at Quicken Loans Arena.

And this girl can sing! Donning a Cleveland Cavaliers jersey, VanHoose nails all the falsetto notes in this tricky song.

Meanwhile, the Cavaliers, were not able to bring in a victory. LeBron James' team lost the NBA Finals to the Golden State Warriors, 105-97.
