Justin Bieber is getting reflective at 23 years old.
The Purpose singer took to Instagram on his birthday on Wednesday with a sweet throwback picture, along with a heartfelt message for how he's hoping to change in the next year.

"It's my birthday and all I want is to be a better friend, better brother, better son and and better man," Bieber wrote.

It wasn't all reflection for Bieber though, who also celebrated his big day with an ATV, sharing a picture to Instagram, writing, "Got some air on my bday."
