No Doubt announced their long awaited and highly anticipated return with No Doubt Live at Sphere, a six-night limited engagement May 6, 8, 9, 13, 15 and 16, 2006. This marks the band's first extended run of shows in nearly 14 years. Gwen Stefani shared, "The opportunity to create a show at Sphere excites me in a new way. The venue is unique and modern and it opens up a whole new visual palette for us to be creative. Doing it with No Doubt feels like going back in time to relive our history, while also creating something new in a way we never could have imagined."
Rihanna is celebrating new music milestones. Her song "Man Down" from her 2010 album LOUD, has officially surpassed 1 billion views on YouTube, one of several Rihanna tracks to cross the milestone. On Spotify, Rihanna has surpassed 97 million monthly listeners for the first time and "Breaking Dishes" has entered the Billboard Hot 100 and is currently #82, more than a decade after its release. It has now sold over 2 million copies.
LANY released their new record, Soft, which marks their first album in two years and the band's sixth studio album. The album "explores contrast both thematically and visually, pairing physical hardness with unguarded honesty to create a striking duality at the heart of the project." Paul Klein, shared, "In this world of sun and brokenness - adversity is constant, betrayal is rampant, and disappointment is inevitable. The easiest thing would be to let life and people harden you and turn you numb. But, then, what is the point of being alive if you can't feel anything? For me, forgiveness was and is the only way forward." Earlier in the week, LANY hosted album listening events for their fans in New York, Nashville, and Los Angeles.

The Pretty Reckless released a reimagined version of "Where Are You Christmas," the beloved holiday classic Taylor Momsen first performed as Cindy Lou Who in the 2000 film "How the Grinch Stole Christmas." The track will be on their upcoming holiday EP, Taylor Momsen's Pretty Reckless Christmas, out October 31 digitally and November 14 physically. Taylor shared, "Revisiting 'Where Are You Christmas' 25 years later feels like coming home to a part of myself I hadn't seen in a long time. I was just a child when I first sang it, and I never could've imagined the way the song, and the film, would stay with people for so long and unknowingly shape my career path as an adult. Recording it now, with all the life I've lied in between, I hear it through a different lens.. but the heart of it is the same. It's about wonder, hope, and holding on to the magic - something I think we all need more than ever."
