Tom Hanks Coaches 'Ultimate Sexy Baby' in 'Toddlers & Tiaras' Spoof

In this hilarious spoof of TLC's "Toddlers & Tiaras," Tom Hanks pulls out all the stops while playing the enthusiastic father of a six-year-old beauty queen vying for "Miss Ultimate Sexy Baby."

The spoof originally appeared on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" after the Academy Awards, but was revived on Friday by Oprah Winfrey for her show with guests Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts.
