Camille Grammer Claims Kelsey 'Wrongfully Disparaged' Her in Court Filings

Less than a month after Kelsey Grammer filed for primary custody of his children, Camille Grammer has countered with her own filing, ET has learned.

Camille claimed that her ex-husband meant to "wrongfully disparage" her in Los Angeles Superior Court papers, and now seeks primary custody of their two children, Mason, 9, and Jude, 6 after proposing a week on/week off summer custody schedule that Kelsey reportedly denied.

"She will continue to fight aggressively to keep her kids and keep her kids together," a source told People. "Kelsey's not been civil."

ET has also obtained legal documents filed by Kelsey noting that the actor plans to go to trial after the divorced couple and their children are evaluated by several child custody experts in order to determine the best custody arrangement.

The temporary arrangement currently set in place reportedly expires on July 2.

A rep for Kelsey gave us the following statement: "Despite the fact that those connected with Camille Grammer seem to be hand delivering confidental documents to TMZ and other media outlets, we will continue not to make public statements about their private matters which can and apparently does beg for misinterpretation. There is no valid reason to drag the Grammer children into any media spotlight."

Last July Camille filed for divorce after more than 12 years of marriage. Kelsey wed Kayte Walsh in February, soon after the divorce was finalized.
