PAPARAZZI SPOTTING: Arnold Schwarzenegger Lunches with Son Patrick

NEW VIDEO: Arnold Schwarzenegger was spotted leaving lunch with son Patrick in the Los Angeles area on Thursday, a little over two weeks since he revealed he had fathered a love child with another woman while married to Maria Shriver.

Arnold, who waved to the paparazzi with the barest hint of a smile, walked to a black SUV, entering the passenger seat, while the car was driven by another man. The former California governor's son Patrick (his eldest child with Maria) sat in the rear seat of the SUV directly behind his father.
