The Mother of Arnold Schwarzenegger's Love Child Speaks Out for the First Time

Almost a month after it was revealed that Arnold Schwarzenegger had fathered a child outside of his marriage to Maria Shriver, the other woman, former family housekeeperMildred Baena, is revealing all.

In an exclusive interview with Hello! magazine, Baena says that it was not right away that she knew Schwarzenegger was the father of her 13-year-old son.

"It was as Joseph grew and I started to see the resemblance that I wondered -- but it became more apparent as time went on," she tells the magazine. "I knew Arnold was the father, and maybe as Joseph got older and began to look like him, he [Arnold] wondered. But he never said anything to me."

Baena says her son was told who his real father is just a year ago. His response? "Cool!"

Baena says that as the boy got older, there were whispers around the household regarding Joseph's resemblance to Schwarzenegger and finally Shriver confronted her.

"She was so strong," Baena says of Shriver. "She cried with me and told me to get off my knees. We held each other and I told her it wasn't Arnie's fault, that it takes two."

The ex-housekeeper says she has no hard feelings toward Schwarzenegger, calling him a "good man."

"He loves Maria," she says. "I hope with time they work things out."
