WATCH: 'Real Housewife' Jill Zarin Gets Liquid Facelift

Beauty is sometimes pain.  Jill Zarin of "The Real Housewives of New York City" takes this age-old concept to the extreme, as she lets Bravo cameras in while getting a liquid facelift from her dermatologist, the famed Dr. Patricia Wexler.

Needless to say, the procedure, which Jill gets done "every five or six months," looks extremely painful. "If you want to curse, go right ahead, I've heard every word," Dr. Wexler tells Jill as she repeatedly injects her face.
