The FBI arrested a woman in New York last Thursday for sending threatening messages to actress Marion Cotillard, Reuters reports.

A criminal complaint filed on behalf of Cotillard alleges a Queens, NY woman by the name of Teresa Yuan has been e-mailing videos and messages to a fan site of the actress, claiming to know her travel schedule and asserting she would find her and possibly kill her.

"The guilt and sorrow I feel now, I won't feel after it happens. After it happens, I'll feel no regrets whatsoever... that's apparently how it feels to be a killer, to be a murderer," Yuan warns in a video received by the website in July.

The suspect has been charged with "interstate stalking" and released on $50,000 bond. Court dates have not yet been set, but the case will be held in U.S. district Court in Brooklyn.

The Oscar-winning actress is currently filming the upcoming Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises.
