ABC Announces New Bachelor!

Get ready ladies! ABC has announced the next star of the hit show The Bachelor -- and is now tradition, he is a familiar face! Ben Flajnik, who made it to the final two last season on The Bachelorette only to be dumped by Ashley Hebert, will set his sights on love one more time when The Bachelor returns to ABC in January 2012.

The 28-year-old bachelor says his failed proposal won’t stop him from trying again and is confident this time around he will find his soul mate this time on The Bachelor.

Ben, whose easy going charm and sense of humor made him the apple of female viewers’ eyes, grew up in Sonoma, California, leaving for Tucson before high school. Ben stayed in Arizona to attend the University of Arizona, and majored in music production. He became successful in the business world after graduating college. After his father died in 2007, Ben moved back to California, and he plans to stay in northern California for the future.
