Day eight of the Michael Jackson death trial has concluded and our special legal correspondent Robin Sax has all the latest.

The defense scored big today according to Robin, using the prosecution's own witness, L.A. County Coroner investigator Elissa Fleak, against them in what could be a pivotal turning point in the trial that can ultimately benefit Dr. Conrad Murray.
