Police Seize Weapons from Brad Pitt Film Set

The set of Brad Pitt's upcoming zombie film, World War Z, was raided by police on Monday while shooting in Hungary, People.com reports.

According to the news source, a SWAT team seized 85 weapons including loaded AK-47s and sniper rifles.

"The 85 weapons were seized in Budapest at a warehouse because they were not fully inoperable as they were supposed to be," Hungarian authorities reportedly told People.com.

One of the movie's publicists also gave a statement to the website, saying, "We are working with the authorities to resolve the matter and have no further comment at this time."

World War Z hits theaters in 2012.
