ET caught up with the controversial former Real Housewife of D.C. at Tuesday night's Journey concert at the Hollywood Bowl, where she couldn't stop glowing about her new relationship.

"To anybody that is watching, follow your heart," she says. "You know if your heart is telling you, and it's leading you to the right place, follow it. Mine sure has. I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life."
