Stars Honor Clint Eastwood at Glamorous Gala

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) threw a fundraising gala called Art + Film presented by Gucci Saturday, honoring both Clint Eastwood and artist John Baldessari.

The gala quickly turned into a star-studded event, with Leonardo DiCaprio, Olivia Wilde, Steve Carell, Zoe Saldana and more in attendance to support LACMA and to honor both Eastwood and Baldessari.

DiCaprio was chosen to introduce Eastwood, his director in the highly anticipated J. Edgar.

"He has accumulated a body of work that has left an indelible imprint on our culture," DiCaprio said in a heartfelt speech. "It is perfectly fitting that we are honoring Clint Eastwood here tonight in an art museum, for he is many things -- an actor, a filmmaker, producer, composer -- but chiefly and most undeniably, he is a true artist."
