Michael Lohan Enters Not Guilty Plea

ET has learned that Michael Lohan's attorney Michael Perry entered a not guilty plea on Wednesday morning in Sarasota, FL on behalf of his client, who did not attend the court hearing.

Lohan was arrested on October 25 on suspicion of domestic violence. According to the police report obtained by ET, Lohan's on-and-off girlfriend Kate Major told police that Lohan grabbed and squeezed her arms and knocked her to the floor and police observed "minor bruising" on her arm and knee. Major did not seek medical treatment.

Perry tells ET, "We're set for a November 16 bond hearing in an attempt to get him a bond so he can get out of jail. In the meantime, we're trying to resolve this case with the State Attorney's Office in Florida."
