Debra Messing Splits with Husband

Debra Messing has split from her husband Daniel Zelman.

The Will & Grace star, 43, and her 44-year-old actor/producer husband broke up earlier this year and have been separated, but have not filed for divorce. "The decision was mutual, and they remain supportive of one another and committed to raising their son as a family," Messing's rep told Us Weekly.

The two met in 1990 while students at New York University. They married in 2000 and have a 7-year-old son, Roman.

A source told Us about the breakup: "They have been separated the better part of the year but continue to live together in New York for Roman. It's very amicable."
