Queen Latifah Sends Congrats to Beyonce & Jay-Z

Queen Latifah had a full schedule of interviews on Sunday, giving her no time to congratulate her friends Jay-Z and Beyonce on the birth of their daughter Blue Ivy Carter. As a solution, Queen used our ET cameras to dispatch her first welcome to the newborn!

"Congratulations Jigga, B.," said Queen. "Welcome to Earth little baby Blue."

Blue came into the world last night in New York City.

Beyonce first announced her pregnancy at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards by cradling her burgeoning baby bump on the red carpet and after her performance of Love On Top.
