Kirsten Dunst Obtains Restraining Order

Who needs Spider-Man when you have the Los Angeles County Superior Court on your side?

According to court papers obtained by ET, Kirsten Dunst has been granted a restraining order against a 51-year-old man named Jean Christophe Prudhon.

The order, dated today, is set to expire on January 9, 2015, and requires Prudhon to remain at least 100 yards away from the actress, her home, her vehicle and her workplace.

Dunst's mother Inez is also protected under the order.

Dunst was last seen on the big screen starring in the sci-fi drama Melancholia for which she was lauded Best Actress at the Cannes Film Festival.
