Madonna has been a global megastar and controversy lightning rod for more than three decades so it can be easy to forget that she's also a mother.

During her interview on Anderson (airing February 2), The Material Girl reveals what her children think of their mother's fame -- and how the constant crush of paparazzi can ruin a family outing.

"My children's attitude towards paparazzi changes from day to day," she says in the interview. "Sometimes they kind of get into it, and they dress for it and they have funny faces they have planned to make for them. They embrace it with the kind of joviality and silliness which I'm happy about. Other times, they're seriously irritated."
