Katy Perry & Russell Brand Enter Settlement

According to court documents obtained by ET, Katy Perry and Russell Brand have reached an agreement concerning how their property will be divided in their divorce.

The papers state that "the parties have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party."

Additionally, Perry requested to terminate the court's ability to award spousal support to Brand. Perry will also restore her maiden name back to Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson.

Brand's court filings, dated February 8, agree that the former couple has agreed on a settlement, stating that "the matter may proceed as an uncontested matter without notice."

Perry and Brand wed in October 2010. News of their split broke in December 2011, although the court filings list their exact separation date as TBD.
